The Beginning
Capstone BSC had its humble beginnings in a tiny room with two people with giant dreams in the year 2010. We had a calm assurance in our inner conscience that “Your beginning will seem humble, so prosperous will your future be”
The Vision
Our abstract “Dream” got transformed into a concrete “Vision”. Initial success motivated our team and each one of us was raring to move forward with purpose, integrity and excellence
The Growth
Aristotle, the great Greek Philosopher said “Well begun is half done”. How true, we grew slowly, but steadily. By the grace of God we moved into our new office in the year 2012– our green haven with abundant natural light and ventilation

With over 15 years of experience in Building Engineering Services design, Princely has designed MEP system for projects in diverse fields like hospitals, hotels, office buildings, commercial, industrial, institutional buildings, residential layouts, apartments, public transportation systems and the like. He is passionate in building a firm of integrated professionals who approach projects holistically.
Jerusha Shalini
Managing PartnerWith over 14 years of experience — planning, designing, detailing and coordinating with multi disciplinary teams and executing projects, Jerusha has vast experience in working on projects in residential, commercial retail, office spaces, educational institutions, churches, hospitals and the like
G.A. Packianathan
Mentor and GuidePackianathan brings with him over five decades of experience in the field of MEP design, installation and maintenance for hotels and IT parks. His vast and practical knowledge ensures that the systems designed are easy to operate and are energy efficient. He is a well-respected member in the hotel engineering community and has provided Engineering design services, Project Management Consultancy and Maintenance Services to several Star Hotels
